Terms and Conditions: Gamdias Mail-In Rebate is valid for eligible purchase within Canada and from Kindinformatique.com during valid period for end-users and corporate customers only. Dealers, distributors, and all kinds of resellers and consultants are disqualified from this rebate. To submit this rebate application, you must completely fill out the online rebate form, and sign the confirmation page, and cut out the original UPC/EAN/Serial Number Barcode label from product package, and mail them together with a photocopy of the original invoice. Limit one rebate per person and per household. Rebate Request MUST BE RECEIVED online and the mail MUST BE POSTMARKED*** within 10 calendar days from the order INVOICED date. Please Allow up to 14 weeks to process your rebate. Rebate in Canadian dollars for Canadian residents only. The name and address on the rebate form must match the invoice; otherwise the application will be declined. Rebate check will be void if not cashed within 60 days of the issuance and will not be reissued. Requests with invalid or undeliverable mailing address will be denied. Gamdias or its Rebate Center is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mails and illegible entries. All documents submitted with rebate form will not be returned, therefore please keep copies of all submitted documents for your record. Warning: Fraudulent submission of requests could result in prosecution under Canadian and Ontario laws. Instead of depositing it into a postbox, you are suggested to get the mail postmarked in person (with a date stamp on it) in a POST OFFICE.
